Resolution Title: Appointment of Transition Nominee for Election Process and Management of Nominations and Votes
Whereas, the Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia (Cancham) is currently entering its election process; and
Whereas, there is a need for a steady and experienced hand to oversee this critical period for compliance and regulatory purposes; and
Whereas, Mr. David Said, a former member of the Cancham Board, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and understanding of the Chamber’s needs and operations;
Be it Resolved, that Mr. David Said is hereby appointed as the Transition Nominee for the Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia’s election process, primarily for the purpose of ensuring compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
Be it Further Resolved, that in his role as Transition Nominee, Mr. David Said shall oversee all financial and regulatory processes pertinent to the Chamber, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition until the 31st of December, 2023. He will communicate all documentations and others informations to all members. Mr David Said is the mandatory signature of the
bank account.
Be it Additionally Resolved, that Mr. David Said shall be responsible for receiving the nomination candidates and collecting the votes from the members during the election process, ensuring a transparent and orderly
election.
Be it Further Noted, that this appointment reflects the trust and confidence the Chamber places in Mr. David Said’s capabilities and commitment to the Chamber’s prosperity and governance.

Be it Finally Resolved, that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and remain in effect until the specified date unless otherwise amended or superseded by subsequent resolution.
