The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia is delighted to welcome its newest member: Haystack Fund, a global investment firm with offices in Phnom Penh.

Haystack Fund was established in March 2021 after Haystack Canada acquired Hanuman Capital, a Cambodia-based digital studio and project developer, expanding its global reach and presence in Asia. Haystack Fund was launched with more than US$2 million to invest in innovative ventures in Cambodia.

Some of Haystack Fund’s ventures in Cambodia include: KhmerDev, an experienced software and design service agency;  Wonderpass, a smart ticketing solution approved by the Ministry of Tourism; Bong Tees, an urban clothing brand; and Breathe, real estate developments for eco-tourism in the Mondulkiri and Kep provinces.

Joining CanCham reinforces Haystack Fund’s commitment to further strengthening the bonds between the Cambodian and Canadian business communities.
